Community Involvement

All NEC Group employees worldwide are encouraged to participate in the "NEC Make-a-Difference Drive program (NEC MDD)" on a voluntary basis. We provide support in the form of donations to match our employees fundraising efforts. We especially promote disability inclusion through the practice of tennis, regardless of physical abilities, by sponsoring the NEC Wheelchair Tennis Masters

We adhere to the principles of the International Standards Organisation’s (ISO) 26000 guidance on socially responsible behaviour and possible actions.

We are constantly looking for candidates with a variety of skills: talented people who bring business and technical expertise to help support our tremendous portfolio of products, services and solutions.

We ensure that the fundamental rights of our stakeholders are respected with reference to guidelines set out by the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization, using related benchmarks promoted by the UN and the European Commission.
