For our business unit Network Solutions (NWS) we are looking for a
Inside Sales Representative
as a junior employee for the sales area

These tasks await you:
  • - You are the administrative support for the Senior Sales Manager in the acquisition and support of customers
  • - You operate a professional offer management, including the elaboration, creation and follow-up of offers.
  • - You coordinate the technical feasibility in the quotation process with the business units.
  • - You take over the communication with the responsible back-office departments as well as international interfaces
  • - You build and continuously maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • - You support the preparation of strategic customer meetings, accept and process customer inquiries and ensure good customer retention.
What you bring with you:
  • - You come from internal sales or a sales-related position or directly from training or studies.
  • - You have a good technical understanding; professional knowledge in the IT area is desirable.
  • - You have a good grasp of complex issues
  • - You are a very good listener and can put yourself in the customer's shoes
  • - You are interested in products of the telecommunications industry and are enthusiastic about learning new technologies
  • - You have very good knowledge of the MS Office package, in particular very good knowledge of Excel
  • - You are fluent in written and spoken German and are able to hold conversations in English
  • - You are characterized by a structured, independent way of working
