About the Role:
The Global HR PMO is responsible for managing and supporting all HR-related projects across the organization, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The PMO will be responsible for establishing and implementing project management methodologies and best practices, ensuring that all HR projects are managed consistently across the organization.
Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices that are specific to HR projects
Manage and support HR projects across the organization, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
Ensure that all projects are aligned with the organization's HR strategy and objectives
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors to ensure that project requirements are understood and met
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
Coordinate project activities with other PMOs and functional areas to ensure alignment and minimize duplication of effort
Provide coaching and guidance to project teams on project management methodologies and best practices
Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and documentation
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on HR projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience with project management methodologies and best practices, including Agile and Waterfall
Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello
Experience of working in a global environment
