Customer Operations Account Coordinator

Role Summary

Provide daily support to successfully manage the demands of customers and suppliers (internal & external) extending across all aspects of supply chain from pre to post contract, order receipt to invoicing.

It is the Customer Operations Account Coordinator’s responsibility to ensure that transactions are carried out as quickly and accurately as possible to ensure contractual obligations are met and are in-line with Customer requirements and NEC standard Terms and Conditions.

The role entails self-allocation of workload and self-management of priorities taking into account all follow-on transactions.

Specific responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and purchase orders and all associated transactions
  • Manage end to end order status from order receipt through to invoicing, and to give real-time feedback to customers through regular reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely creation of master data required for daily transactions
  • Coordinate all logistics activities including issuance of shipping documents in accordance with customs procedures
  • Manage inventory/MRP in specific warehouse locations
  • Handle all queries relating to orders, shipments and invoices
Ensure processes, checklists and guidelines are up to date

Other Requirements
  • Support other team members within their role as required
  • Analyse specific data & produce weekly/monthly reports as required by the Manager
  • Ensure that the role meets agreed SLAs & targets
Work Experience

Mandatory – 2 years minimum experience in using SAP in a similar role.
Educated to degree level (Bachelors or equivalent)
