Brief business description
NEC Africa is a new Branch of NEC Europe Ltd and was created in October 2011, following
our growth within the region. NEC Africa has its headquarters based in Johannesburg,
South Africa. NEC Africa provides a range of services within the Telco, public-safety
and IT Services arena, supporting corporate activities such as the supply of technical/product
information within South Africa, Zimbabwe, Angola, Mozambique, Mauritius, Madagascar,
Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho and Swaziland. In addition to this NEC Africa is supported
further by its regional offices which are based in Kenya and Nigeria. The Nigeria
office provides support on a global scale in particular to IT Services, Telecommunication
systems and related services. The Kenya office is the Centre of Competence for all
Wireless activities, concentrating on providing services including but not limited
to training, repair and helpdesk activities.
