Nordic Inhouse Sales / Sales Coordinator


is looking for a  Nordic Inhouse Sales / Sales Coordinator

A broad role, reporting to Nordic General Manager, focused on proactively supporting the Nordic sales team to deliver on defined KPIs and win new business.

This role is great opportunity for self-driven individual who desire to work across different lines of business – sales, administration, business support - and across country boarders.

Holder of this role is our “go to” person. A strong sense of ownership together with flexible and pro-active approach to work tasks, is the key for success. This role is working closely with local Nordic colleagues and with our headquarter in Munich.

We are looking for someone who is willing to go “above and beyond” to make things happen, who has a high customer focus and desire to learn.

The position is based at our office in Oslo, Norway.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Support Sales team in “day to day” activities –  providing and sharing information from headquarters, preparing reports and analysis, implementing agreed changes & updates in CRM (Salesforce) etc.
  • Support Nordic Distribution Manager with monthly sales forecasting and product allocation towards HQ
  • Drive and implement sales activities towards named group of Resellers
  • Create small and medium enterprises project pricing in CRM and distribute to Partners
  • Support Nordic General Manager in preparation for management reviews, budget process , reports etc
  • Other ad-hoc sales promoting activities

Knowledge and skills requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Very good communication and organisation skills
  • High customer focus and service minded
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently
  • Very good knowledge of IT systems MS-Office and it is an advantage with knowledge from CRM-Tools such as Salesforce and business system SAP.
  • Good understanding of the Scandinavian languages
  • Fluent in English
