NEC Italia has three locations throughout Italy and its headquarters are based in Trezzano sul Naviglio near Milan. They also operate an office in central Rome and a research centre based in Cosenza. The research centre is in cooperation with the University of Calabria and is based on site at the campus.
Training and Development for all
Nec Italia is committed to developing employees and we support personal development. In order to develop employees in an international context, NEC Italia offers English language courses, which are run on a yearly basis and are open to all employees. Additionally, NEC Italia is organising IT skills training when the business requires it.
Medical and Life Insurance
NEC Italia offers all employees life assurance and long term disability insurance. In addition to this, employees and their immediate family (spouse and children under 18) are entitled to medical insurance in case they are hospitalised. This insurance also covers hospitalisation due to childbirth.
Restaurant Vouchers
All employees are entitled to receiving restaurant vouchers for all working days. The vouchers can be used in a variety of restaurants and shops surrounding NEC Italia and help employees towards their daily subsistence costs.
