The organization is built around five main Business Units (BU):
- System Solutions BU: in the telecommunications market, NEC is developing telecom infrastructures for its French operator Customers. The System Solutions BU provides solutions from start to finish: access network, transmission network (microwave), from the core network IP to platforms services. With the expertise of its staff and the support of its partner subcontractors, NEC is known to offer its customers a complete range of professional services ranging from network engineering, integration, optimization to the network maintenance
- Display Solutions BU: innovates, produces and delivers display products and total display solutions for a wide range vertical businesses, specialist and lifestyle applications. The product portfolio ranges from desktop and color-critical monitors to large-format and medical-grade displays and in projectors from ultra-portable, business and installation up to digital cinema projectors
- Enterprise BU: from Servers and Storage to Software and Virtualized Desktops and Servers, Enterprise deliver solutions that maximize business efficiency and improve profits
- New Business Development BU: with salespeople and business developers, this BU is developing new businesses for NEC France
- Administrative BU: composed of 4 departments (Finance, Human Resources, Information System and General affairs). All these teams directly support the NEC France operational Business Units.

Our solutions are highly available, multi-service and secured (for example : transmission networks for Orange, SFR and Bouygues Telecom, mobile multimedia platform for Bouygues Telecom, digital broadcasting for TDF and ITAS TIM, 3D digital cinema video projectors for UGC’s network, electric car batteries for Nissan/Renault).
