Our Five Key Competencies

NEC has defined five core competencies and we seek individuals, who embody the following:

Customer Focus
Identify and meet the needs and/or desires of internal/external clients or users. Anticipate the needs of clients and make their fulfilment a priority of your professional activities.

Speed
Optimise and reduce the timescales of implied processes. Manage time as an investment and balance important and urgent issues. Identify the fastest organisational and operational methods to achieve the desired results for each business transaction or project.

Drive to Achieve
Set yourself ambitious aims, high standards and continuous targets. Show dissatisfaction with average level performance. Persevere until results, success and improvements are achieved.
